When you contact us — over WhatsApp or by email — you share whatever you choose to send. In practice that is usually your name, your messaging handle or email address, your delivery address, and the products you are asking about. We use it to answer your question, quote and fulfil your order, and keep the record of the transaction. Order details are kept for as long as needed to handle support and any returns.
Analytics we collect
We use two analytics tools to understand how the site is used. Both run on every page.
- Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID
G-CV2SBD2HN4) — records aggregated information such as which pages are visited, approximate country, device type, referring source and on-site events. It sets cookies to distinguish sessions. Google's own privacy terms apply to this data. - Microsoft Clarity (Project ID
9v5c8bdv9r) — records anonymised session replays and heatmaps so we can see where a page confuses people. Clarity is configured to mask sensitive input by default; do not type personal information into any form field that is not for your order.
Neither tool is used to identify you personally, and we do not combine analytics data with your order details.
Cookies
Cookies set on this site come from the analytics tools above and are used to keep sessions consistent and measure repeat visits. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings — the site continues to work, because ordering happens on WhatsApp rather than through a cart.
Third parties
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and serves it through a global content network, and processes standard request data such as IP address and user agent.
- Google — provides Google Analytics 4 and the web fonts used on the site.
- Microsoft — provides Clarity session analytics.
- WhatsApp / Meta — carries our order conversations; WhatsApp's own privacy terms govern those messages.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Your choices
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's official browser add-on, block cookies in your browser, or use a browser that clears them on exit. To ask what personal information we hold about you, or to request that it be deleted, email ririainipeimi@gmail.com and we will respond and action the request.
Children
This store sells knives and is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and we do not sell to minors.
