How to place an order
- Find your knife. Browse the catalog or start from a guide — OTF automatics, folding knives, tactical knives, EDC, hiking or the Italian stiletto collection.
- Message us with the product name (copy it exactly) and your country.
- We reply with stock status, shipping cost, the exact total, and the payment options available to you.
- You approve and pay. We ship and send the tracking details.
What to include in your first message
A reply on the first message saves a round trip. Copy this and fill it in:

Response times
WhatsApp is usually answered within a few hours during business hours. Email can take up to one business day. If you have not heard back within 48 hours, please send your message again — cross-border messaging occasionally drops.
